We believe that quality is the basis for success, so we pay great attention not only to the product range, but also to safety, durability, ergonomics and environmental friendliness, which is why we have introduced control at all stages of production: from incoming inspection of raw materials, their humidity and chemical composition to intermediate results at each stage of production.
It is important for us to offer really high-quality products. Therefore, when we produce PVC window sills, panels and profiles for windows, we make them resistant to environmental influences and household chemicals. They are durable, heat and moisture resistant, do not contain heavy metals and formaldehyde, withstand UV exposure and do not fade in the sun.
We have achieved high quality compound preparation thanks to unique equipment and high-precision sensors, controlling the temperature on the product surface, pressure inside the extruder, as well as humidity, specific gravity and other important indicators. The compound is prepared in a special workshop with five mixers, which allows us to work with any volume and any formulation.
The outer surface of the products is covered with a special wear-resistant decorative film. The quality of the coating is monitored using a special computerized peel tester. An optical measuring system is used to control the dimensions and geometry of the product, which has helped us standardize the products and eliminate errors.
